ERP Infrastructure Architect
Rimini Street
• Manages projects for multiple clients simultaneously while liaising between multiple internal and external stakeholders. • Resolves complex technical issues leveraging your core knowledge of various ERP products (JD Edwards, Oracle E-Business Suite, Hyperion, and SAP) to liaise with our extensive support staff. • Skillfully addresses client questions or concerns, including difficult or pointed questions as needed. • Installs software tools associated with supported ERP products. • Hosts calls with clients and prospects to guide them through Rimini Street Technical Onboarding requirements. • Plans and manages projects to establish remote access to a client’s network. • Manages technical tasks related to performing a software archive at client site or via a cloud hosted solution. • Manages multiple projects concurrently. • Executes continual process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Tracks and Records evidence for ISO compliance. • Ensures timely status updates. • Be adaptable to host and participate in client calls off normal business hours on occasion, to address and help resolve mission critical tasks for clients. • Be able to offer alternative solutions to client remote access or environment related issues, under the pressure of a tight deadline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in information sciences, Computer Sciences or related area
- For one or more of the following ERP Application suites (JD Edwards, Oracle E-Business Suite, or SAP) and associated database platforms (Oracle, Sql Server, DB2)
- Minimum 5-7 years of technical experience with ERP applications
- Experience of ERP implementation/upgrade process
- Familiarity with remote access connectivity methodology
- Exposure to Windows and UNIX based environments.
- Decisive and driven personality
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a diverse remote-based team.
- Exposure to ISO 9000/9001/27001 processes is a plus.
- The ability to work remotely in a virtual environment.
- Strong consulting-type background in the areas of installation and technical configuration.
- Project Management experience essential.
- Impeccable client communication and relationship building skills.
- Can simultaneously track and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of ERP applications preferred.
- Can effectively convey difficult technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Communication skills, both written and oral, should be exceptional.
- Native Japanese or fluent Japanese speaker in business and technology settings.
