Role Description We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated SAT Tutors who are passionate about making a positive impact in students’ academic journeys. As an SAT Tutor with Learner Education, you will guide students through Digital SAT preparation while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and a schedule that fits your availability. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required - Minimum 3 years of professional tutoring or teaching experience - Must have taught or tutored within the past 2 years - At least 1 year of online tutoring or teaching experience - Direct experience with the Digital SAT - Must have tutored or taught at least 25 test prep students - Ability to tutor all sections of the SAT - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Tutors with availability during peak hours (Monday through Thursday, 3 to 10 PM ET) can connect with more students. Broader weekday and weekend availability is a plus - Fast and reliable internet connection - Computer or laptop and headphones - Quiet and professional environment Requirements - SAT tutors have the opportunity to earn $35 per hour for SAT prep sessions and $25 per hour for academic tutoring. - Tutors who are able to support academic subjects alongside test prep often see the most consistent scheduling, especially during slower SAT seasons, making this a great way to maintain steady hours. • Oversee and maintain project plans, project timelines, milestones, stakeholder communications management, and other day to day project activities. • Has autonomous decision-making authority on projects that impact the agency. • Lead assigned project(s) with team(s) both internal and external through initial development until project completion and released from Network Development for ongoing monitoring in other departments across the organization. • Provide project status updates/reports using dashboards and/or Smartsheet at regular intervals during all projects. • Ensure all assigned project components are completed in a timely manner. • Address network needs via specific provider recruitment and the publication of Open Enrollments, Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Application (RFA) or Request for Information (RFI). • Independently complete Requests for Proposals, Application and/or Information using knowledge by Subject Matter Expert’s (SME) to obtain the service specific to the needs of the population, area and organization.

• Assist with podcast, video, and social media production across The Dispatch’s multimedia team. • Support the development and distribution of podcast and social video content, including clipping, asset gathering, writing metadata, and publishing support. • Help identify strong moments from podcasts, interviews, and live events for use in social video and YouTube. • Help record podcast audio and video in Riverside and edit in Premiere. • Provide general editorial and multimedia support to producers, editors, and other members of The Dispatch team.

• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and activities according to the curriculum • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need extra help with assignments or understanding concepts • Help maintain a positive classroom environment by encouraging positive behavior and managing behavioral issues when they arise • Collaborate effectively with the teacher to support the overall educational goals of the classroom
