• Build, configure, and maintain LMS platforms, including course structure, user roles, learning paths, and reporting dashboards • Manage ongoing LMS administration, updates, integrations, and troubleshooting • Optimize the learner experience through thoughtful platform design and navigation • Design and develop engaging, learner-centered courses using sound instructional design principles • Create interactive content such as simulations, scenario-based learning, assessments, microlearning modules, and multimedia assets • Translate complex concepts into clear, accessible, and compelling learning experiences • Apply creative design thinking to coursework to increase learner engagement and retention • Define, track, and manage course completion metrics and learner progress • Analyze learning data to assess effectiveness, engagement, and knowledge transfer • Provide insights and recommendations to improve course design and training outcomes • Ensure compliance with required training completion and documentation standards • Maintain and manage a learning content calendar • Refresh and iterate on existing coursework based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs • Stay current on learning technologies, instructional design trends, and adult learning best practices
Job Requirements
- Required Experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development
- Hands-on experience building and managing LMS platforms
- Proficiency in creating interactive and multimedia learning content
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
- Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into improvements
- Preferred Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise, or similar)
- Graphic design, video, or multimedia production experience
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or similar learning standards
