• Course delivery • Deliver standard learning units in the core Sales module as well as in additional specialization modules according to the defined curriculum • Teach practical sales fundamentals, for example B2B and B2C sales, CRM systems, lead management, conversation techniques and sales processes • Prepare and moderate interactive sessions, exercises and discussions • Cover courses in the absence of freelance lecturers • Content creation • Create and further develop learning materials, assignments, tutorials, practical exercises and role plays • Develop realistic sales scenarios, conversation simulations and use cases • Contribute to final exams, supplementary projects and project weeks • Supplement, update and maintain existing content in the Learning Management System • Own subject focus • Deliver individual modules or sessions in your own sales specializations, for example in inside sales, account management, negotiation techniques or CRM processes • Bring in your own practical experience and current developments from the sales environment • Support the further development of existing specializations and learning formats • Exams & performance documentation • Support the conception, administration and assessment of written exams and practical performance assessments • Document attendance, learning progress and performance of the talents • Provide structured and transparent feedback • Talent support • Supervise project weeks and practical sales tasks including individual feedback • Provide a daily afternoon drop-in session for technical questions, tutorials and exam preparation • Support talents with comprehension issues, uncertainties and the application of what they have learned • Motivate and accompany participants on their path to a professional future in sales
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Business Psychology) plus one to two years of professional experience in a sales environment (e.g., B2B/B2C, Inside Sales, Account Management or Business Development)
- Good understanding of modern sales processes including lead management, conversation techniques and closing, and initial experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Initial experience in knowledge transfer (e.g., teaching, training, workshops or coaching) and a passion for conveying content clearly, practically and in a structured way
- Confident presence in front of groups (online or hybrid), ability to actively engage participants, and a structured, self-organized working style
- Excellent German language skills (at least C2), strong communication skills, empathy and teamwork
- Reliable, independent work ethic and motivation to support participants on their career path
- Willingness to continuously develop professionally and didactically and to provide daily afternoon support
