Staff Sales Systems Engineer

Role Description As a Staff Sales Systems Engineer at Stryker, you will be responsible for actively leading the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the extended sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. You will articulate Stryker’s Smart Care technology solutions and product positioning to business and technical users. Pre-sales activities include understanding the customer's business and analyzing their mobile communications and workflow requirements. - Partner with the Sales team to help educate customers on the value of Stryker’s Smart Care solutions through product demonstrations and presentations. - Work closely with the customer's IT team to ensure they fully understand our deployment methodologies and requirements. - Qualify our customer's network infrastructure via assessments using Ekahau AI Pro Survey, Omnipeek, and Wireshark analysis tools. - Design Smart Care architecture for customer deployments and prepare customer infrastructure assessment reports for our professional services team. - Respond to RFIs/RFPs and IT questionnaires and take part in trade shows, conferencing, and marketing events as needed. Qualifications - B.S. in Information Technology or related field; or in lieu of Bachelors, 6+ years additional relevant work experience. - Minimum 4 years experience in technical sales or integration development for healthcare organizations. - Deep understanding of Windows, Linux and Cloud architectures. - Solid understanding of server virtualization. - 50% travel throughout the territory is required specifically: Western US. Requirements - 2+ years of enterprise 802.11 wireless and LAN/WAN networking experience (preferred). - Hands-on experience deploying Mobile Applications for Smartphones via MDM solutions (preferred). - Experience with middleware and EMR/EHR applications (preferred). - Integration knowledge and experience with 3rd party systems (e.g. Nurse Call, Patient Monitoring, Middleware, and SIP trunking) (preferred). - Wi-Fi or Route/Switch certifications preferred. - Experience with SIP and Traditional TDM Telephony (preferred). Role Description We're looking for a QA Engineer who is excited to make a meaningful impact from day one. This is a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer role focused primarily on manual testing, with a clear path toward increasing automation as our testing strategy evolves. - Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure every release meets our quality standards. - Contribute to test planning, identify risks early, validate user experiences across web and mobile platforms, and help shape our long-term automation strategy. - Understand not only how to automate tests, but why, when, and what should be automated.
