• Source content from Preferred Partners and business stakeholders • Ensure branding, promotions, and products are presented accurately in marketing campaigns • Execute multi- and single-partner digital and print products • Follow established processes to drive the performance of marketing programs • Proofread, edit, and fact-check content • Facilitate the internal review and approval process for marketing projects • Collaborate with Supplier Partners and the Marketing Data Segmentation Manager • Complete quality assurance of digital marketing products • Attend educational seminars and webinars to refine skills

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of print and email design preferred
  • Account management experience preferred
  • Experience working with HubSpot or other email/digital marketing platform preferred
  • Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) preferred
  • Experience with CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems preferred
  • Experience in the travel industry preferred
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal/interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
