Role Description The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a key driver of Smart Care’s revenue growth. This inside sales role focuses on identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective customers within target markets. Through phone and email outreach, the ISR builds relationships, uncovers customer needs, schedules qualified meetings for the field sales team, and generates work orders. Success is measured by the generation of Sales Qualified Leads and prospective customer outreach activities.
