Role Description This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. This role is critical to Financial Protection Operations by providing leadership to the PFL operations team, driving team development, supporting culture and DE&I initiatives, as well as supporting service excellence. The PFL Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Specialists who process PFL Claims. The candidate will work to improve quality and exceed service level agreements, support and lead pilots and process improvements. This will include: - Supporting new hire interviewing, selection, and onboarding - Sharing best practices and leveraging leadership insights to coach and manage the team to achieve goals - Supporting escalations, leadership inquiries, and all HR functions This position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday.
