Individual Consultancy for the Analysis of the Regulatory Framework and Public Policies on Gender Equality and Gender-Based Violence in Lima, Callao, and Tumbes - Peru

Role Description La presente consultoría se enmarca en el Resultado Intermedio RI1200 (Mayor número de políticas públicas relacionadas con los derechos humanos y la igualdad de género que abordan las necesidades de los grupos objetivo) y en el Resultado Inmediato RM1210 (Mejora de leyes, políticas públicas y programas basados en evidencia con enfoque de derechos humanos, igualdad de género y liderazgo comunitario). Responde específicamente al Producto P1211 (Asistencia técnica al sector público para la revisión y evaluación de leyes, políticas y programas nacionales desde la perspectiva de derechos humanos y la violencia basada en género) y a la Actividad A1211.1 (Revisión participativa de marcos normativos y programáticos). - Implementación de un proceso integral de revisión normativa que priorice al menos tres leyes, políticas o programas vinculados a la igualdad de género y la violencia basada en género. - Realización de diagnósticos participativos realizados por equipos mixtos (Estado – OBC – academia). - Sistematización de resultados en informes técnicos con recomendaciones. - Validación en mesas de trabajo de alto nivel con ministerios, la Defensoría del Pueblo y congresistas. Qualifications - Licenciatura en Derecho, Ciencias Políticas o Sociología. - Maestría en Derecho, Derechos Humanos, Políticas Públicas y/o Gestión Pública o Género o dos años de experiencia adicional a la requerida. - Al menos un año de experiencia profesional en el diseño, análisis y evaluación de políticas públicas en igualdad de género, violencia de género y/o en programas presupuestales por resultados en la materia. - Experiencia en la elaboración de informes analíticos sobre marcos normativos vinculados a igualdad de género y/o violencia basada en género. - Experiencia en análisis, acompañamiento técnico o desarrollo de instrumentos normativos relacionados con derechos de las personas LGBTIQ+. Requirements - Español (dominio avanzado, oral y escrito). - Inglés (working knowledge).
