What You'll Bring: 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management level having worked through a full development cycle from concept to release. Strong understanding of the importance of multiple testing strategies, including verification and validation testing, usability testing, security testing, performance testing, first party compliance, accessibility, etc. Excellent leadership skills, including mentorship, planning technical roadmaps, making trade-offs, and prioritization. Ability to design solutions for development and QA when solutions do not exist within the space required. Experience leading QA in an operations team working with cross functional teams composed of multiple development disciplines. Deep understanding of risk, specifically how to identify, classify, report on, and handle it. Il/Elle encadre une équipe de 9 agents et travaille en étroite collaboration avec les 2 autres services de la direction, le service Energie et le service Projets.
