Strong understanding of the importance of multiple testing strategies, including verification and validation testing, usability testing, security testing, performance testing, first party compliance, accessibility, etc. Excellent leadership skills, including mentorship, planning technical roadmaps, making trade-offs, and prioritization. Ability to design solutions for development and QA when solutions do not exist within the space required.
