Role Description Our client is a leading private healthcare organisation seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join their internal Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and managing end-to-end hiring across a diverse range of positions. This is a consultative, relationship-driven recruitment role rather than a high-volume agency environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top talent across both clinical and corporate functions. Qualifications - Previous experience recruiting within the healthcare industry. - Strong sourcing and headhunting experience across multiple recruitment channels. - Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. - Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse or a similar platform. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple vacancies. - Comfortable working UK business hours, with flexibility when required to engage candidates. Requirements - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer stage. - Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and proactive headhunting techniques. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Screen CVs against role requirements and organisational culture. - Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments. - Present well-qualified candidate shortlists with recommendations to hiring managers. - Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand recruitment requirements. - Provide consultative advice on recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches and market insights. - Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. - Manage candidate pipelines using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate documentation. - Utilise proactive sourcing and headhunting techniques to engage passive candidates. - Build long-term talent networks within specialist markets. - Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
