• Manage ETLs — Help build, troubleshoot, and maintain ETL processes • Work with SQL & Data Extraction – Work with various departments to understand data structure and schemas, then write and tweak SQL queries and use other methods to ingest data • Create Dashboards & Reports – Use Domo to build easy-to-understand dashboards and visualizations that help stakeholders understand key insights • Mine for insights – With direction, analyze data and trends to find insights and outliers • Validate Data & Ensure Accuracy – Ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and well-structured • Support the BI Platform – Help manage datasets, dashboards, cards and permissions. • Analyze and manage consumer, transaction, membership, and marketing data to deliver actionable recommendations that support business decision-making and strategy development for the Food department. • Develop and maintain performance reporting and visualization tools, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external data providers to analyze data, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives and Consumer Products projects. • Identify customer behavior trends and opportunities to improve marketing campaign effectiveness, increase digital engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and drive overall market growth. • Develop and deliver customized reports, presentations, and training materials, translating complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Role Description Client is looking for a heavy back-end developer with good experience in SSIS, Stored Procedures using SQL. - Strong experience with SQL Server and writing/optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures. - Experience on EDI 83X formats (EDI 834 is required). - Knowledge and hands-on experience of SSIS and SSRS (would be a great plus). - Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle - Agile. - Proven track record in delivering high-quality Database backend projects within tight deadlines. - Excellent Analytical skills and resourcefulness. - Excellent communication skills. - Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Hands-on experience in Database finetuning, and resolution of performance bottlenecks (using Profilers and similar tool suite). - Working experience with data migration/integration (within the healthcare field, particularly dental health benefits administration; Dental claims experience is a plus). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results with quick turnaround times. - HIPAA, PHI, PII and Information security awareness. - Working experience on US Healthcare medical insurance segment, Medicaid dental/vision benefits piece. Requirements - Ability to optimize stored procedures, indexing, and performance to enhance database performance. - Investigate database bottlenecks: dead-lock resolution, data serialization issues - delayed writes, locks, columnar updates, etc. - Work closely with business users to identify, report, and correct data-centric issues. - Deployment of enhancements and modifications/releases environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
