Business Intelligence Analyst, Consumer Data

CO-OP Architecture

• Analyze and manage consumer, transaction, membership, and marketing data to deliver actionable recommendations that support business decision-making and strategy development for the Food department. • Develop and maintain performance reporting and visualization tools, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external data providers to analyze data, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives and Consumer Products projects. • Identify customer behavior trends and opportunities to improve marketing campaign effectiveness, increase digital engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and drive overall market growth. • Develop and deliver customized reports, presentations, and training materials, translating complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Requirements

  • Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in quantitative or marketing/retail analytics
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business, Statistics/Math, Economics or a related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are familiar with online marketing, digital media, web metrics, campaign performance measures and analytic tools.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI or Strategy preferred), consumer insights, and practical statistical analysis in a business setting.
  • Knowledge of basic SQL considered an asset.
