• Develop clear, detailed, and complete user stories and business requirements for various stakeholders • Partner with SQL-literate stakeholders to interpret, validate, and refine data and reporting requirements • Research and analyze data across multiple business systems • Work cross-functionally to understand business impacts and support solution delivery • Analyze data to identify key business questions, trends, dependencies, and actionable insights • Create and maintain functional specifications, grooming documentation, and detailed technical requirements • Collaborate with functional architects and development teams to deliver high-quality BI and data solutions • Advise business users on alternative approaches or recommended solutions • Perform system configuration and administrative support activities within SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau environments • Troubleshoot and identify root causes of data quality issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, Databricks, or comparable data analytics platforms
  • Strong technical proficiency in developing and executing complex SQL queries
  • Experience with Python scripting and automation preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling/analysis
  • 2–3 years of experience working within Agile development methodologies preferred
  • Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
