• Drive and expand sales of DENSO products across the assigned region, delivering sustainable growth • Build, manage, and continuously strengthen strategic relationships with key accounts and purchasing groups • Maximize customer retention while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities • Conduct regular and value‑adding customer visits at distributor and trade levels • Act as a trusted commercial partner, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored, value‑driven solutions • Lead commercial negotiations and actively contribute to the definition and execution of commercial policy • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain competitive advantage • Support and contribute to marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives • Collect, analyze, and interpret market and customer data to support strategic and commercial decision‑making • Deliver commercial and product training, and represent DENSO at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums

• Responsible for the relationship with major OEM customers • Focus on commercial and technical consulting to increase sales, profit, and customer satisfaction • Acquisition of new projects as well as running projects in the series support • Strong and regular contact with customers, capturing requests, requirements, and expectations • Introduce products and ensure smooth handling of sales projects • Support and coordinate the development and implementation of sales strategies • Prepare short- and long-term sales plans and statistics • Prepare offers and review contracts according to the Business Management system • Monitor, control, and negotiate prices and project costs with customers and vendors • Coordinate and distribute sample orders during development and mass production • Close alignment with customers, DENSO development and production teams, including business trips (EU & global)
