Job Description

D365FO and AX Functional Support Consultant – In-House, D365 CoE

Eurofins

• Setting up, configuring and testing AX/D365FO functional modules and processes with the ability to identify system gaps using strong process & system knowledge • Providing day-to-day functional and process-related support to AX/D365FO users and operational units across the Eurofins network in areas including but not limited to inance and purchasing • Analysing and documenting related Problems , Incidents and Change Requests in liaison with Process Owners and Business Analysts from IT delivery teams • Close, proactive and professional cooperation with other Global IT delivery teams ensuring high standards of performance and high quality of delivered solutions • Preparing, planning and leading training sessions for business and end users ensuring proper knowledge and skills development across the Eurofins network of companies • Preparing, planning and executing test plans and test cases for end-to-end business scenarios and leading local UAT activities in cooperation with the Release Manager • Preparing, planning and executing Cut-Over and Go-Live plans for newly integrated entities including data migration, cleansing, and preparation

Job Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and/or D365FO in functional, business support, or finance-related roles
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting processes such as P2P, O2C and R2R
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent written and oral English
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills including experience delivering clear and concise oral and written communication in international and multicultural business and IT environments
  • Experience in analysing business requirements and supporting system enhancements is highly desirable
  • Professional experience with AX/D365FO on consulting or/and end-user sites including participating in requirements gathering, process analysis & design, workshops, training and testing sessions
  • Exposure to reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with data migration, integration testing and interface-related activities
  • Knowledge of Trade & Logistics, Purchasing or Stock Management modules
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and driven to achieve professional success with a proactive and professional work attitude
  • Passion for learning and continuous self-development
  • Strong time management skills
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, ideally up to undergraduate/bachelor’s degree level or equivalent in finance, business, IT or a related subject.
