• Shape and drive programs aligned with F&G’s employee engagement strategy • Advance the work of the Inclusive Culture Advisory Council by driving execution of key initiatives and annual goals • Lead ERG program management, including setting program direction, managing timelines and budgets, and aligning resources to enable effective delivery • Coach and guide ERG leaders to strengthen leadership capability, foster an inclusive environment, and support ongoing development • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to advance culture, inclusion, and engagement priorities • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and partners, providing consultation and influencing decisions to strengthen culture, employee engagement, and inclusion outcomes • Manage and interpret data insights to measure overall program impact and generate divisional-specific analyses that inform targeted talent, culture, and inclusion strategies and decision-making • Monitor emerging trends and best practices to inform and continuously strengthen culture, engagement, and inclusion efforts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 7+ years experience in Human Resources (with roles of increasing responsibility); preferred experience in talent, employee engagement, inclusion or culture work
  • 2+ years program management experience
