• Consult with clients to understand website goals, user needs, and business objectives • Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups • Create high-quality website designs and prototypes based on client requirements • Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs efficiently • Apply UX/UI best practices and current design trends to all work • Design and support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and user experience • Leverage data and analytics insights to inform design decisions • Communicate progress and updates to Project Managers (Launch Specialists) • Collaborate with Front-End Development to ensure accurate implementation of designs • Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and team members • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

• Own the visual design and responsive layout of our visitor-to-trial journey. • Focus on building high-converting landing pages, seamless signups, and early product experiences. • Combine high-end aesthetic polish with data-driven frameworks to create persuasive web interfaces that measurably accelerate user activation and growth.

• Own well-scoped, ongoing design work on a mature product area (likely Deploy): iterations, improvements, edge cases, polish, and consistency work, with review and direction from a Senior or Staff Designer. • Turn defined problems into clear, production-ready interface designs. • Strong fundamentals in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. • Share examples of this work through a portfolio or concrete work samples during the process. • Contribute to research alongside a senior teammate. • Run focused user interviews and usability checks. • Synthesize findings with support. • Use the design system fluently. • Reuse what is there, flag gaps when a pattern is missing. • Partner with engineering and PM through implementation. • Communicate decisions with reasoning, not preference. • Contribute design assets to launches and releases with guidance. • Build technical fluency.

• Own the design and User Experience (UX) for one of the key product areas; • Design and improve user scenarios and features across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android); • Conduct Product Discovery: collaborate with the team to research user journeys, identify friction points, and formulate/validate hypotheses; • Build high-quality prototypes, paying attention to micro-interactions and transition animations; • Facilitate discussions with developers and stakeholders, finding the balance between ideal UX and technical constraints; • Ensure implementation quality (Design QA/Review) and guide solutions through to release; • Contribute to the Design System: ensure consistency and accelerate team velocity through high-quality components.
