• Own product launches end-to-end: framing, positioning, messaging, and shippable deliverables • Build and ship sales enablement - decks, one-pagers, battle cards, training • Create content for a technical audience (developers, IT, legal, security teams) • Partner with product on positioning and roadmap input from market feedback • Own competitive intelligence and turn it into GTM-ready assets • Establish the pattern of full-stack PMM ownership as we scale the marketing team
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-time Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company (enterprise sales motion - not consumer or pure self-serve)
- Full-stack storyteller: strategy to messaging to final deliverable, all in one owner
- AI-native in your day-to-day workflow - you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar throughout research, drafting, competitive analysis, iteration
- Startup / scrappy tenure of at least 12 months (not BigCo-only)
- Ships fast without waiting for permission; iterates in flight.

Role Description The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth and profitability of Balluff's Position Sensor portfolio across the Americas. This role serves as the product and application expert, partnering closely with sales, marketing, product management, and global teams to develop market strategies, support customers, launch new products, and provide technical and commercial guidance. The position combines product marketing, application expertise, customer engagement, and sales enablement to accelerate business growth.
