• Define the GTM strategy: Identify early customer segments, use cases, positioning, messaging, and the customer journey, continuously refining them through customer insights and market learnings • Lead customer discovery: Partner directly with salon and spa owners and operators through discovery, demos, onboarding, and adoption to understand how they work and where the product creates the most value • Improve activation and adoption: Identify what drives customer success, where customers get stuck, and how we can improve activation, time-to-value, engagement, and long-term adoption • Build scalable GTM systems: Create repeatable processes for qualification, demos, onboarding, education, support, and customer feedback • Shape the product roadmap: Partner closely with product and engineering to translate customer conversations, usage patterns, and market insights into product priorities • Run strategic experiments: Test positioning, onboarding, customer education, and follow-up motions while measuring conversion, activation, time-to-value, usage, engagement, and retention

Role Description The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving growth and profitability of Balluff's Position Sensor portfolio across the Americas. This role serves as the product and application expert, partnering closely with sales, marketing, product management, and global teams to develop market strategies, support customers, launch new products, and provide technical and commercial guidance. The position combines product marketing, application expertise, customer engagement, and sales enablement to accelerate business growth. What You’ll Do - Serve as the technical and commercial expert for Balluff's Position Sensor portfolio, including magnetostrictive, magnetic field, and magnetically encoded sensor technologies. - Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive portfolio growth and market penetration. - Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and application assessments to identify opportunities and support business decisions. - Gather customer and market feedback to influence product roadmaps and future development. - Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers to adoption, and support strategic customer initiatives. - Plan and support product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement activities. - Develop product literature, application guides, customer success stories, videos, presentations, and training materials. - Deliver product, application, and market training for internal sales teams and channel partners. - Maintain customer opportunities, activities, and pipeline information within SAP C4C CRM. - Build collaborative relationships with sales, marketing, engineering, product management, and global teams. - Represent Balluff at customer visits, trade shows, industry associations, and technical events. - Support cross-functional projects and other marketing initiatives as assigned.
