• Oversee the delivery of a program with multiple projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders • Monitor and report on key program performance metrics, such as budget, timeline, and other KPIs • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions and strategies to address potential issues and keep the program on track • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong, effective relationships • Drive continuous improvement within the program, encouraging innovation, optimizing processes, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality results • Drive program growth and client satisfaction by identifying opportunities to deliver operational excellence, contributing to compelling proposals, and cultivating long-term partnerships that result in repeat business • Serve as the primary Account Manager for the program, collaborating closely with cross-functional Account Managers to ensure all program KPIs and performance metrics are achieved

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of professional experience supporting software development, project delivery, or Agile programs
  • PMP or PMI-ACP Certification
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills, combined with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to build a solid rapport with customers
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks
  • Capable of aligning overarching strategic goals with the effective execution of detailed, day-to-day operations
