• Own initiative outcomes end-to-end — and begin taking on responsibility outside your immediate lane when the work demands it. • Diagnose complex, ambiguous situations using deep knowledge in your area — assessing root cause and resolving a wide range of issues through creative problem-solving. • Adapt protocol when needed — you apply proven methods in novel situations, not just when the playbook applies. • Drive work independently, syncing regularly to check quality and alignment — you manage your own pace and escalate with context, not confusion. • Critically weigh context, data, and tradeoffs to make smart decisions that support team goals — you interpret thoughtfully before you act. • Communicate with clarity and precision — you adapt your messaging across teams to reduce misalignment and move work forward, and you help teammates navigate uncertainty or conflict with confidence. • Earn credibility with peers and senior collaborators through consistent, high-quality delivery — your reputation is built on follow-through. • Identify AI and automation opportunities within your domain — you test, iterate, and build toward repeatable approaches with confidence, distinguishing genuine leverage from marginal improvement.
