Senior AI Systems Engineer

• Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs). • Integrate AI APIs and external services to build scalable content generation workflows. • Develop validation frameworks, quality controls, and evaluation systems for AI-generated content. • Design automated testing and benchmarking processes to continuously improve AI performance. • Manage and integrate structured sports data from multiple sources and APIs. • Transform sports events and statistics into engaging educational experiences powered by AI. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Curriculum teams to deliver new features and improvements. • Optimize AI pipelines, workflows, and system architecture for scalability and reliability. • Maintain technical documentation and actively participate in Agile/Kanban workflows. • Support QA processes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives across AI-powered products.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing software with Python.
  • Strong experience integrating REST APIs and LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining AI/LLM-based systems.
  • Experience designing scalable AI architectures and production-ready workflows.
  • Near-native or fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to review, edit, and validate AI-generated content in English.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Fluent written and spoken English **(Required).**
