• Administrar e sustentar ambientes de redes LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, links de comunicação e conectividade corporativa. • Atuar na configuração, análise e troubleshooting de switches, roteadores, controladoras wireless, firewalls e soluções de segurança de rede. • Apoiar a implementação de políticas de segurança, segmentação de rede, regras de firewall, controle de acesso e hardening de ativos de rede. • Monitorar disponibilidade, desempenho, capacidade e eventos relacionados à infraestrutura de rede e segurança. • Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes, problemas e mudanças relacionadas à conectividade e segurança de infraestrutura. • Apoiar processos de gestão de vulnerabilidades, revisão de regras, identificação de riscos e melhoria da postura de segurança. • Produzir documentação técnica, diagramas de rede, procedimentos operacionais e recomendações de melhoria. • Interagir com equipes de infraestrutura, segurança, operações, fornecedores e áreas de negócio para garantir continuidade e qualidade dos serviços.

- Redes TCP/IP, VLAN, roteamento, switching, NAT, DNS, DHCP, VPN e Wi-Fi corporativo.
- Firewalls, IDS/IPS, controle de acesso, segmentação e boas práticas de segurança de rede.
- Troubleshooting de conectividade, análise de logs, pacotes e fluxos de rede.
- Conhecimento em ambientes híbridos, conectividade com cloud e datacenters.
- Ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade de rede.
- Noções de ITSM, gestão de incidentes, mudanças e problemas.
- Boas práticas de documentação técnica e operação segura.
- Conhecimentos Desejáveis:**
- Experiência com soluções Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Aruba, Juniper ou equivalentes.
