Job Description
Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing
Archy
Role Description We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who understands that the best performance marketing earns attention instead of feeling like advertising. Archy builds modern software that lets dental practices focus on patient care rather than wrestling with outdated tools. Full-funnel, data-driven growth is how we meet practices where they are, earn trust, and show them a better way to work. This is a hands-on performance marketing role. You will own the day-to-day strategy and execution of Archy's paid acquisition engine across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will turn audience insight, performance creative, disciplined campaign management, and clear measurement into qualified pipeline and revenue against defined targets. You will work closely with marketing, Sales, SDRs, RevOps, leadership, and creative collaborators to improve every step from first impression through closed-won revenue. Performance marketing will remain the center of the role, with opportunities to contribute to broader growth work as business needs evolve. Job Responsibilities - Own the full campaign lifecycle across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, including objectives, account and campaign structure, setup and quality assurance, audience or keyword targeting, budgets and bidding, launch, pacing, optimization, experimentation, measurement, and reporting. - Develop a consistent pipeline of performance marketing creative concepts grounded in customer insight, channel behavior, and campaign data. - Collaborate with creative partners to bring concepts to market, provide specific performance feedback, and improve the next round of assets. - Build and manage an experimentation roadmap across creative, messaging, audiences, offers, landing pages, campaign structures, and bidding approaches. - Analyze creative and campaign performance by concept, hook, format, audience, placement, and funnel stage. - Design and optimize full-funnel programs that build awareness, generate high-intent leads, improve marketing-qualified lead to sales-qualified lead conversion, create opportunities, and contribute to closed-won revenue. - Track and manage channel budgets, monitor pacing and customer acquisition cost, and recommend reallocations based on performance, seasonality, test results, lead quality, and business priorities. - Comfortable with AI and faster because of it. You use AI tooling such as Claude Code and Codex to quickly create and iterate on creative, concepts, and analysis. Qualifications - 5+ years of relevant experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, including sustained ownership of paid media programs and measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes. - Hands-on experience building, launching, managing, optimizing, and measuring campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. - A track record of owning the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy, account and campaign setup, targeting, budgets and bidding, launch quality assurance, pacing, optimization, experimentation, measurement, and reporting. - Experience developing performance marketing creative concepts and briefs that define the audience insight, angle, hook, format, hypothesis, variants, and success metrics. - Strong analytical judgment across platform and full-funnel metrics, with experience using spreadsheets, marketing analytics, customer relationship management, and attribution tools. - Experience partnering with Sales, SDRs, RevOps, marketing, and creative collaborators to improve targeting, messaging, asset quality, conversion, and downstream business impact. - Clear written and verbal communication, including creative briefs, performance readouts, and recommendations. - Comfort operating in a startup or high-growth environment where priorities move quickly. Preferred Experience - Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform. - Experience with Claude Code or Codex, comfortable with AI tooling. - Experience testing adjacent paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads, or programmatic media. - Background in B2B SaaS, vertical software, or marketing to small and midsize businesses. - Experience contributing to integrated, viral, community, or unconventional campaigns that also produced measurable business outcomes. Benefits - Competitive salary and equity (some roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses). - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k) plan. - Flexible vacation policy. - Remote-friendly culture.
