• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 Area Managers to achieve regional production and growth objectives • Drive accountability through performance management, territory planning, and consistent execution of sales strategies • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent while fostering a high-performance culture • Partner with Area Managers on dealer group opportunities, market expansion efforts, and strategic relationship development • Monitor regional performance metrics and leverage data to identify opportunities, remove obstacles, and accelerate growth • Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Product, and Dealer Specialists to ensure a best-in-class dealer experience • Serve as the voice of the field by providing market intelligence, dealer feedback, and competitive insights to senior leadership

- Strong understanding of dealership operations, F&I processes, and indirect lending
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region

Role Description As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our largest and most strategic enterprise customers.
