Role Description We are looking for an AI Operations Specialist to work with Wonolo’s Central Operations team. You will be employed by a third-party legal entity authorized to do business in the location in which you reside and you will provide contractual services to Wonolo’s Central Operations team. You will work closely with Wonolo’s teams to bring innovative experiences to life for Wonolo’s customers (we call them Requestors), both mid-market and enterprise businesses who rely on Wonolo to connect them with front-line workers. You will amplify our team's impact by building effective tooling around AI and automation solutions. You will help ensure our ops team fully leverages existing and new AI agents, in addition to launching automations and reporting to maximize their efficiency and reach. You'll partner primarily with operations, and collaborate with product and engineering to unify data reporting and reduce manual effort.
