Role Description We are hiring exceptional Senior Engineer to drive the development of Healthie’s New Products. In this senior technical role, you’ll lead the architecture and implementation of greenfield features, focusing on building scalable, reliable systems that solve meaningful problems for our customers and their clients. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll: - Collaborate across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to identify and execute high-impact projects. - Work on system design, backend and frontend development, and integration with third-party services. - Incorporate advanced AI capabilities such as intelligent automation and data-driven insights to enhance user experiences. - Shape the technical direction of Healthie’s platform, mentor engineers, and drive innovation. - Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to ensure scalability, reliability, and usability of our platform. - Translate complex challenges into elegant, impactful solutions. - Foster collaboration across teams to deliver features that empower healthcare providers and drive better patient outcomes. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. U.S. work authorization is required and Healthie does not provide sponsorship. Qualifications - 5-8+ years of experience in software engineering. - Experience specializing in AI/ML technologies, developing and deploying production-grade AI systems at scale. - Hands-on expertise in building machine learning models, natural language processing systems, and intelligent automation solutions. - Direct experience with our Tech Stack: Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq, RSpec, and Capybara. - Strong background in software architecture, systems design, and scalable infrastructure. - Excellent collaboration skills, leading technical initiatives, and mentoring engineering teams. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. - Deep passion for healthcare technology and the potential of AI to transform the industry. - Embodiment of Healthie’s core values (Respect, Reliability, Resilience). - Relentless focus on delivering exceptional results and driving innovation. • Drive AI-First Development: Embed AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) into your daily workflow to accelerate code generation, automate testing, and elevate delivery velocity. • Architect Scalable Financial Solutions: Design and maintain robust data models and solution architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP to support complex accounting operations and downstream reporting. • Build Intelligent Integrations: Architect, build, and support seamless integrations between accounting systems, data lakes, and internal applications using SQL, PL/SQL and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON). • Operational Excellence: Actively identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows, decoupling business growth from manual operational overhead. • Own Technical Execution: Translate complex accounting principles and business requirements into concrete, scalable technical designs and comprehensive documentation.

• Configure and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, reports, and alerts to support Salesforce application monitoring • Develop visibility into user actions and key application performance events to improve operational insight • Set up, configure, and maintain synthetic monitoring for critical Salesforce transactions and business workflows • Partner with application development, infrastructure, and support teams to proactively identify and resolve performance issues • Support end-to-end observability initiatives across the Salesforce environment while enhancing monitoring capabilities • Improve monitoring standards, operational readiness, and issue detection by implementing best practices and optimizing existing monitoring solutions • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project
