• Provide administrative and reporting support for offshore initiatives • Manage offshoring projects geared toward meeting operational goals, adding efficiency, and driving excellence in client service and agency operations • Monitor service performance against the SLA/KPIs, and review/“challenge” the reporting and results • Track and report issues, trends, and outcomes from monitoring activities to the appropriate senior management • Prepare management information and governance reporting, including escalation protocols for risks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiently resolve operational issues • Manage and respond to ongoing client or stakeholder requests, escalations, and ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction • Continuously monitor system and process performance, implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness • Provide system access administrative support

Role Description We are currently looking to hire a Director of Risk Advisory to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for remote working arrangements within the United States. Serve as the lead for Concentric’s Risk Advisory business development strategy, aligning Risk Advisory with the broader sales and growth strategy under the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer. In a hands-on consulting capacity, this role will personally deliver senior-level risk consulting services and manage the pipeline of consulting engagements from initial client contact through delivery and invoicing.
