Role Description Pacific Retirement Services is seeking a Corporate Director of Procurement to lead and strengthen procurement practices across PRS and its affiliated organizations. This role will help drive a consistent, enterprise-wide approach to sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost savings. This is a great opportunity for a procurement professional who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, and partnering with leaders across multiple locations and business areas. This role may be performed remotely, with candidates based in Oregon, Washington, California, or Arizona. Pay: $148,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on experience with consideration for geographic location. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or contract management experience. - Experience supporting a multi-site, matrixed organization preferred. - Demonstrated success negotiating enterprise supplier agreements and managing contract lifecycles. - Strong understanding of procurement operations, purchasing systems, financial processes, and internal controls. - Experience with ERP/purchasing systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and procurement technologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Requirements - Lead sourcing, purchasing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation efforts across multiple entities and locations. - Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align purchasing practices across communities. - Manage supplier relationships to support service quality, cost effectiveness, and strong vendor performance. - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting, reduce costs, and strengthen procurement practices. - Support purchasing activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, shipping and receiving information, and related system documentation. - Monitor procurement trends, vendor performance, open purchase orders, back orders, and late deliveries to help ensure timely resolution and accountability. - Provide guidance and support to Purchasing Technicians to reinforce consistent processes, service standards, and follow-through. • Negotiating contracts with SaaS, hardware, and services vendors. • Driving contract renewals and ensuring timely execution with favorable terms. • Overseeing onboarding of new vendors and suppliers, including compliance and documentation. • Partnering with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure contracts meet company standards. • Collecting, maintaining, and organizing procurement documentation. • Supporting IT procurement activities, including technology asset procurement when needed. • Identifying opportunities to improve procurement policies, processes, and vendor engagement.

• Serve as the senior APAC sourcing leader responsible for enterprise alignment of direct sourcing strategies, strategic supplier partnerships, cost optimization, risk mitigation, digital procurement initiatives, and organizational capability development. • Responsible for developing and executing global direct sourcing and procurement strategies while leading APAC sourcing operations. • This role drives direct material productivity, supplier performance, procurement transformation, supply resiliency, governance, and talent development. • The Director leads category sourcing teams, partners with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Commercial organizations, and ensures sourcing strategies support Franklin Electric's operational, technology, growth, and financial objectives.
