This role will support a broad range of FP&A activities, including financial planning, forecasting, executive reporting, SaaS metrics, and cross-functional business partnering. WHO YOU ARE - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role. - Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. - Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based & international stakeholders. - Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial statements. - Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar) and an interest in applying them to improve productivity, financial analysis, and reporting workflows. - Experience with financial planning systems such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Pigment, or similar platforms is preferred. - Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and BI tools such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma is a plus. - Experience in SaaS, technology, or another subscription-based business is preferred. - Exposure to recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention, bookings, or similar operating metrics is preferred. - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset. • Execute loan-level quality reviews across secured lending originations, assessing documentation completeness, underwriting accuracy, eligibility adherence, collateral quality, and other salability criteria. • Pull, organize, and analyze portfolio performance data, including early payment defaults, delinquency trends, prepayment rates, loss severity, exception patterns, and other asset quality indicators. • Maintain recurring asset quality and salability risk reporting packages for bank partners, Capital Markets, and internal leaders, including data pulls, analysis, formatting, and quality checks. • Execute first-line model performance tracking — maintaining production model tracking tools, logging override and exception trends, tracking version changes, and independently flagging patterns that may indicate performance degradation or out-of-bounds behavior for escalation. • Maintain issue logs, defect trackers, remediation updates, and documentation libraries so records stay current, organized, and ready for bank partner or regulatory review. • Drive governance and exam readiness deliverables — independently assembling evidence packages, populating reporting templates, and coordinating materials for bank partner reviews, committee deliverables, and regulatory examinations.
