Job Description
Senior Media Buyer – US DTC
Paired
**The Role** We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to fully own paid media execution on Meta and work directly alongside our co-founder who currently runs the account. This is not a support role. You are coming in to take over, implement your own strategies, and make the account perform at a higher level than it does today. We are a subscription brand which means you are not just optimizing for first order ROAS. You understand how to model CAC against LTV, set target ROAS based on rebill economics, and make bidding decisions that are profitable over 30, 60, and 90 day windows. **Your mission: **scale profitable spend on Meta, report performance back to the creative team with clarity, and build the media buying infrastructure that takes us to multiple 8 figures and beyond. **What you'll do** **Account Ownership & Execution** - Fully own Meta Ads Manager including campaign structure, budget allocation, launch execution, and daily optimization - Scale winning creatives fast and cut losers faster without letting spend bleed on underperformers - Manage daily budget allocation and ensure spend is always flowing to highest performing creatives - Shadow and absorb account history from our co-founder during transition and take full ownership without losing momentum **Subscription Economics & ROAS Targeting** - Understand and operate based on LTV to CAC economics, not just first order ROAS - Set and adjust target ROAS based on rebill rate, cohort LTV, and payback period targets - Monitor blended ROAS and MER at the brand level and flag when spend efficiency is shifting - Build bidding strategies that are profitable over 30, 60, and 90 day windows **Testing Frameworks & Strategy** - Build and own a structured creative testing framework on the media buying side - Implement audience and targeting strategies to find cold traffic that converts at scale - Know exactly when and how to scale a winning creative without killing its performance - Consistently identify new strategies to test and bring recommendations proactively **Creative Reporting & Collaboration** - Consolidate performance data into clean, easy-to-read weekly reports for the creative team - Give the creative team a clear picture of what is working, what is not, and what to test next - Flag creative fatigue early and communicate to the team before performance drops

- Proven senior media buying experience on Meta at an 8 figure DTC subscription brand. **Subscription experience is non-negotiable.**

- Sharp at creative analysis. You can look at performance data and tell the creative team what to build next.

- Experience with AppLovin, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads in addition to Meta
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms
- Background in health, wellness, or supplement brands
