• Provide support to all assigned locations, including data centers and Points of Presence (POPs), and physical site services• Coordinate with network teams and local vendors for installation, repair, and maintenance activities• Maintain the highest quality standards in all assigned data center locations and remote points of presence (POP)• Participate in performing physical installation, repair, maintenance, and testing activities as directed• Help with performing card adds or replacements, software upgrades, and associated testing• Recommend improvements to processes that may impact the quality of our network assets or improve overall efficiencies for any related process or system• Provide site survey support for OSP and ISP projects, as well as large space & power and/or equipment deployments• Perform site audits and reconcile data discrepancies in coordination with Network Surveillance and other groups• Support the management of local construction vendors working on behalf of the company to ensure compliance with installation, repair, maintenance MOPs and standards, as well as quality and cleanliness• Meet/coordinate with Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) and other technicians to facilitate timely installation, repair, and maintenance activities• Perform site surveys in support of network builds, augments, or decommissions• Assist in coordinating site access, equipment staging, and other tasks• Other duties as required

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other technical staff to develop 3D models of substations using Revit • Ensure that 3D models are accurate and reflect design specifications • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that 3D models integrate with other project deliverables • Ensure 3D models are up to date and comply with project deadlines • Complete design and construction drafting work including plan and section views, construction details, electrical one-lines and schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and communications diagrams • Must have strong attention to detail • Must collaborate well with a team

• Support the growth of a dynamic occupational health business ensuring you deliver exceptional clinical performance • Develop strong working relationships with the HR and Health and Safety teams • Provide health surveillance in line with HSE, and client-specific requirements • Conduct health surveillance / medical assessments, including the undertaking of fitness to work in safety critical posts • Accurately complete administrative tasks as required, to maintain Occupational Health records and reports • Ensure Health Surveillance is conducted within specified timelines, including scheduling appointments and liaising with managers to support attendance • Ensure that knowledge is maintained of up-to-date legislation and best practice relating to Occupational Health issues • Participate in network learning opportunities and undertake updates on clinical improvements
