Role Description The Director will lead the strategic vision, implementation, and ongoing management of Common Spirit's Community Connect and Growth programs. This executive serves as the primary liaison between the health system host, National Real Estate, internal IT departments, and external affiliate practices. The core objective is to ensure seamless EHR implementations, maintain high partner satisfaction, and optimize workflows while enforcing Common Spirit's Gold standard across all connected networks. Job Responsibilities - Program Leadership & Strategy: Define the strategic roadmap for the Community Connect and Growth programs, ensuring they align with the broader goals of the ministry and the Epic Gold standards. - Partner Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with affiliated hospitals, clinics, and community stakeholders. Serve as the executive point of contact for contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and partner advisory boards. - Project Management & Governance: Provide oversight for multiple simultaneous Connect and National Real Estate projects. Manage program governance, scope, timelines, and budgets across design, build, testing, and go-live phases. - Workflow Optimization & Support: Direct the ongoing operational support and optimization of the Epic platform for Community Connect partners post-implementation. Ensure continuous user training and adoption. - Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of Epic-certified analysts, build teams, and project managers. Manage staffing decisions, evaluate performance, and promote a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service. Qualifications - Bachelors in Other Related business areas or equivalent work experience, upon hire. - Experience in business relationship management, strategy and roadmap development. - Minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical and business experience. - Minimum of three (3) years Information Technology Leadership Experience. - Experience supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels.
