Role Description Relevant du Chef d'équipe des chantiers traditionnels et spéciaux, la personne occupant le rôle d'Administrateur Systèmes TI prend en charge le maintien, la configuration et l’évolution des divers systèmes et réseaux TI déployés sur l’infrastructure de l’entreprise. Elle sera appelée à collaborer avec ses collègues des SIT dans la définition des requis, l’orientation des évolutions technologiques, la planification et la priorisation des activités sujettes à impacter l’infrastructure TI et les systèmes s’y trouvant, le tout afin de contribuer à l’amélioration de la qualité et de la compétitivité de l’entreprise. - Établir, mettre en place et supporter l’architecture de l’infrastructure technologique incluant les contrôles de cybersécurité dans le cadre des chantiers spéciaux. - Surveiller l’activité quotidienne des serveurs et réseaux sur nos chantiers pour détecter les anomalies et intervenir rapidement. - Gestion des serveurs, du stockage et des commutateurs sur nos chantiers. - Assurer les mises à jour de sécurité, les tests, et les routines de vérification régulières pour nos opérations chantiers. - Offrir un soutien expert pour les problèmes systèmes, réseaux et infrastructure sur nos chantiers. - Assumer, en responsabilité conjointe avec l’équipe Infrastructure, l’établissement et l’évolution de l’architecture technologique des chantiers. - Collaborer à l'implantation et au déploiement des projets technologiques et supporter l'intégration entre les systèmes sur nos chantiers. - Tenir à jour la documentation des systèmes selon les standards en vigueur. - Maintenir une bonne communication entre l’équipe TI et les clients. - Maîtriser les processus, procédures et méthodes de travail en place. - Agir de mentor technique auprès des équipes Opérations TI Chantiers. Qualifications - Titulaire d’un diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en informatique (ou autre combinaison de formation et d’expérience pertinente). - Cinq (5) années d'expérience en administration de systèmes TI. - Connaissance des meilleures pratiques et méthodologies ITIL (un atout). - Être flexible pour travailler en dehors des heures normales de travail, au besoin. - Être disponible pour des déplacements occasionnels dans les différents bureaux et chantiers de EBC, à travers le Canada. - Capacité à bien s'exprimer, en anglais et en français, autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, afin de communiquer avec différentes parties prenantes. - Être éligible à l'obtention d'une cote de sécurité. Requirements - Connaissances techniques requises : - Microsoft Hyper-V et Windows serveur, 2016 à 2025. - Administration d'un domaine avec Active Directory. - DHCP, DNS, TCP-IP, HTTP, SMTP, SSL/TLS, IIS, WSUS, NPS. - Bonne connaissance en PowerShell. - Solution de sauvegardes (Veem, Commvault, etc…). - Maîtrise des outils de surveillance réseau et système (Exemple : PRTG). - Protocoles et architectures réseaux (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, Site-To-Site VPN). - Bonne connaissance des produits Unifi, Cisco, Palo-Alto, Checkpoint et Meraki. - Environnements et solutions de cybersécurité (Exemples : Crowdstrike, TendMicro, SentinelOne, Barracuda, Microsoft Defender). - Gestion environnement O365 (Microsoft Lighthouse, Sharepoint online, Exchange online, Teams, etc…). - Gestion de sécurité infonuagique M365 (MFA, Accès conditionnel, etc.). - Déploiement et administration de systèmes technologiques.
