• Lead design across landing pages, the ecommerce site, brand campaigns, paid social statics, lifecycle assets, and other key customer touchpoints • Remain hands-on from concept through final execution, balancing exceptional creative craft, brand consistency, conversion, and speed • Partner with Growth, eCommerce, Brand, Performance Creative, and development teams to translate business priorities and customer insights into high-impact creative • Build and evolve scalable design systems, templates, processes, and quality standards • Manage and develop internal designers and external creative partners, providing clear direction and raising the bar across the function

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to define product vision • Lead design projects from concept to completion • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Identify and draft current and target journeys, touchpoints, for high priority flows. • Define measurable metrics, insights and outcomes with enterprise architecture. • Analytics related to member outcomes, conversions, drop/offs and friction points. • Support CSAT improvements. • Drive UI/UX roadmap recommendations, templates and backlog support. • Perform on key deliverables, including user flows and journeys, measurable metrics, key touchpoints, UI/UX best practices, and CSAT improvements. • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Lead design strategy across multiple business units including all aspects of design craft • Help set the vision for our overall user experience • Direct and guide the work of other designers • Build new products and iterate on existing ones • Manage executive stakeholders across engineering, product, marketing, and more • Drive improvements to the product development process with cross functional partners
