Lead Designer
Mars Men
• Lead design across landing pages, the ecommerce site, brand campaigns, paid social statics, lifecycle assets, and other key customer touchpoints • Remain hands-on from concept through final execution, balancing exceptional creative craft, brand consistency, conversion, and speed • Partner with Growth, eCommerce, Brand, Performance Creative, and development teams to translate business priorities and customer insights into high-impact creative • Build and evolve scalable design systems, templates, processes, and quality standards • Manage and develop internal designers and external creative partners, providing clear direction and raising the bar across the function
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of multidisciplinary design experience within high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands
- A world-class portfolio spanning landing pages, ecommerce experiences, brand systems, campaigns, and paid social statics
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including responsive design, component libraries, prototyping, and scalable design systems
- Deep understanding of ecommerce UX/UI, mobile-first design, Shopify environments, and conversion principles
- Experience leading, managing, and developing designers while remaining highly hands-on in the work
- Exceptional creative judgment, communication skills, and ability to move quickly through ambiguity
