You’ll contribute key insights to elevate our engineering organization and execute strategic planning. • Innovation & Efficiency: Support your team in consistently applying best practices and embracing cutting-edge technologies, including leveraging advanced AI tools to optimize day-to-day efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Engineering Leadership Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing, coaching, and growing software engineering teams
  • Strong Technical Foundation: Proven professional experience as a Software Engineer (whether your background is rooted in Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, or Cloud systems).
  • Focus on Delivery: Proven track record of managing engineering execution, optimizing team processes, and consistently driving teams to ship high-quality software on time.
  • Technical Guidance (Hands-Off, Brains-On): You won't be writing code on a daily basis, but you must have the technical depth required to review architectural designs, challenge technical decisions, ask the right questions, and guide the team toward sustainable, high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaboration & Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly proactive. You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and other engineering leads.
  • Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must, as you will be working within a truly international and multicultural team.
