• Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies and localized market activation plans. • Own regional marketing pipeline contribution and demand generation outcomes through integrated campaigns. • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Vice President Sales Americas and Regional Sales Team Leaders. • Lead the execution of regional events, workshops, seminars, trade shows, and customer programs. • Gather and communicate customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends. • Oversee regional marketing planning, budget management, and performance measurement. • Develop programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and advocacy. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Marketing Managers.
Job Requirements
- A university degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related scientific/medical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of dedicated experience in sales and/or marketing in field marketing within the Life Science, Pharma, or Diagnostics industry, preferably in leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in planning, executing, and evaluating local and regional marketing campaigns and events.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and leverage regional market insights and customer feedback specific to the Life Science, Pharma, and Diagnostics sectors.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective cross-functional team and external partner engagement.
- Ability to adopt and scale Artificial Intelligence solutions to improve operational efficiency.
