Senior Brand Designer
Limble CMMS
• Drive brand consistency by utilizing your proven graphic design experience to develop and influence how Limble's brand expresses itself through print, digital, and motion assets. • Design compelling collateral in all media, including website updates, marketing campaigns, product launches, presentations, and internal and external communications. • Integrate motion and static graphics seamlessly into sales enablement materials, marketing emails, social media campaigns, YouTube videos, and the corporate website. • Manage end-to-end content project pipelines independently from conceptualization and design through delivery, post-production, and iteration. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal departments to review feedback, solve design challenges, and align visuals with strategic business objectives. • Act as a trusted creative advisor to stakeholders, balancing their requests with what's right for the brand.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive creative experience, ideally demonstrating a track record scaling creative outputs and brand maturity from early-stage to growth stage within a B2B SaaS growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience shaping brand strategy or positioning, not just executing existing guidelines.
- Advanced expertise in design and motion tools, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, UI/UX implementation principles, and web development fundamentals such as Webflow.
- Outstanding portfolio showing strategic creative execution, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to pivot creative directions while protecting brand integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a history of successfully collaborating in a team environment.
- Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them.
- Experience briefing, directing, and managing outside agencies or freelance creative talent.
- Working knowledge of accessible design practices (e.g., WCAG standards).
