• Design conference booth materials, presentations, and event collateral, including print-ready file prep and merch sourcing • Create social media graphics and multimedia content for marketing and Sales • Create and update web content to accomplish marketing goals • Produce editorial and long-form document layouts (reports, 1-pagers, case studies) • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on branded content and demo materials • Take ownership of work from brief to final output, proactively clarifying goals and seeing projects through to completion

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in brand or graphic design
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator is sometimes essential for production work
  • Understanding of physical production constraints (print specs, bleed, file prep, vendor coordination)
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of your creative workflow
  • Strong personal taste and a brand-first point of view; able to extend a visual system, not just execute within it

Role Description Our client is looking for a Creative Producer to own the operational backbone of their creative team. They produce a high volume of direct response video ads and static ads every week across a team of creative strategists, video editors, and a graphic designer. You will make sure everything moves on time, revisions are clear and actioned fast, and the production pipeline never becomes the bottleneck on creative output. Qualifications - Proven experience in creative operations or production management at an 8-figure DTC brand or performance marketing agency. - Strong understanding of direct response video production, including what makes a good brief and what revision notes are useful. - Obsessively organized—you manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping anything. - Clear and direct communicator—your revision notes are specific and actionable, not vague. - High-autonomy operator who manages the production pipeline without needing to be managed. - Active, fluent daily AI tool usage is mandatory, not optional. Nice to Have - Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or equivalent project management tools. - Familiarity with video editing enough to understand what is feasible in a revision request. - Experience in health, wellness, or supplement brands.
