Role Description As a Software Consultant, you are a leader by example, you are a subject matter expert, and you help lead strategic technical direction. You will get to interact with key client stakeholders on a regular basis and use your experience to prove business ROI through innovative greenfield technology solutions. • Intelligent Backend with Agentic Development: Use your AI expertise to optimize the integration development workflow, applying concepts such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs. • Microservices and BFF Architecture: Design and develop microservices and Backends for Frontend (BFFs) in Java, ensuring efficient communication between the SuperApp and legacy systems. • Specification-Driven Development (SDD): Apply the Spec-Driven Development methodology to ensure implementations are fully aligned with requirements. • AWS Management and Deployment: Work directly with the AWS cloud environment, using services such as EKS (Kubernetes), SQS, and S3 to ensure scalability and resilience of services. • DevOps and Quality Pipeline: Ensure code quality with unit tests, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the deployment process (RDMs) using GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.

• Participate in understanding technical requirements, actively contributing to inceptions, refinements, and solution definitions. • Develop, enhance, and maintain Full Stack applications using .NET on the backend and Next.js on the frontend. • Design and consume REST APIs, ensuring integration between platform services. • Build responsive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. • Implement automated tests to ensure delivery quality and reliability. • Perform code reviews, promoting best development practices and code quality. • Analyze and resolve production incidents. • Participate in deployment processes and application support. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical alignment and continuous solution improvement.

• You'll join a team building AI-powered accelerators that generate correct, idiomatic, production-ready code across major cloud data platforms — Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS. • Your work spans building platform adapters, encoding platform-specific correctness rules into validators and evaluation layers, and shaping high-value generation targets including ingestion pipelines, transformation logic, warehouse/catalog scaffolding, orchestration, IaC, CI/CD, and governance accelerators (data contracts, lineage, metadata, PII, data quality). • You'll work closely with delivery teams and design partners to ensure outputs are reviewable, adopted, and genuinely used.
