• Participate in understanding technical requirements, actively contributing to inceptions, refinements, and solution definitions. • Develop, enhance, and maintain Full Stack applications using .NET on the backend and Next.js on the frontend. • Design and consume REST APIs, ensuring integration between platform services. • Build responsive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. • Implement automated tests to ensure delivery quality and reliability. • Perform code reviews, promoting best development practices and code quality. • Analyze and resolve production incidents. • Participate in deployment processes and application support. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical alignment and continuous solution improvement.

• You'll join a team building AI-powered accelerators that generate correct, idiomatic, production-ready code across major cloud data platforms — Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS. • Your work spans building platform adapters, encoding platform-specific correctness rules into validators and evaluation layers, and shaping high-value generation targets including ingestion pipelines, transformation logic, warehouse/catalog scaffolding, orchestration, IaC, CI/CD, and governance accelerators (data contracts, lineage, metadata, PII, data quality). • You'll work closely with delivery teams and design partners to ensure outputs are reviewable, adopted, and genuinely used.

• Lead a squad technically, defining architecture and development standards for critical backend systems. • Conduct code reviews, define versioning guidelines, and enforce advanced Git practices. • Design, implement, and maintain complex CI/CD pipelines integrating multiple services and environments in a distributed architecture (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker). • Ensure the application of best security practices, authentication (OAuth2), monitoring and observability (Grafana). • Make technical decisions based on trade-off analysis of algorithms, data structures, and performance in high-load systems. • Drive the adoption of generative AI (Copilot, Claude Code) to increase team productivity and improve delivery quality.

• Design, implement, and ship features for the Temporal server. • Solve distributed systems challenges across areas such as task matching, scheduling, workflow execution, visibility, quotas, throttling, persistence, developer primitives, and workflow lifecycle features. • Make thoughtful engineering tradeoffs across developer experience, performance, and operability requirements. • Partner with engineers, product managers, cloud teams, and customer-facing teams to build scalable technical solutions. • Improve the reliability and operability of the server through testing, observability, dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and documentation. • Participate in design discussions and code reviews to help maintain a high-quality codebase. • Contribute to improving the developer experience for both open source users and enterprise customers. • Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge with teammates.
