Job Description
Senior Data Engineer – Applied AI, Python, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery
HumanIT Digital Consulting
• You'll join a team building AI-powered accelerators that generate correct, idiomatic, production-ready code across major cloud data platforms — Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, and AWS. • Your work spans building platform adapters, encoding platform-specific correctness rules into validators and evaluation layers, and shaping high-value generation targets including ingestion pipelines, transformation logic, warehouse/catalog scaffolding, orchestration, IaC, CI/CD, and governance accelerators (data contracts, lineage, metadata, PII, data quality). • You'll work closely with delivery teams and design partners to ensure outputs are reviewable, adopted, and genuinely used.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer with a track record of end-to-end delivery in fast-paced environments
- Professional fluency in English, with strong cross-team collaboration and the ability to guide others
- Solid grounding in engineering and architectural best practices, comfortable with CI/CD and Git-based workflows
- Strong production software engineering skills: Python, testing, CI/CD, REST, Docker
- Real depth in at least one modern cloud data platform (Databricks/Spark, Snowflake, or BigQuery), strong SQL and data modeling skills, and the ability to reason across other platforms
- Practical AI engineering experience: prompt design, structured outputs, function calling, and evaluation, using Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs
- Experience with code-as-data workflows: codegen, templating, and validating/parsing generated code for review
Benefits
- 15th month salary
- Health insurance covering your family
- Birthday off
- Mobility program for digital nomads
- Real work-life balance

Role Description BP3 is seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere to join our automation delivery team. You will design, build, and maintain production-grade automation solutions for enterprise clients - covering the full lifecycle from process assessment to deployment and ongoing support, increasingly enhanced with AI/ML capabilities. This is not a "build and hand off" role. Working closely with BP3 architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders, you will take end-to-end ownership of your solutions, from identifying automation opportunities to production monitoring and continuous improvement. We're looking for someone with sound technical judgment and the ability to translate technical concepts into language business stakeholders can act on. Responsibilities - Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360, ensuring bots are scalable, reliable, and production-ready. - Architecture & Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end design of RPA solutions, including workflow documentation, component allocation, and bot architecture aligned with enterprise standards. - Process Assessment: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to assess existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and estimate effort and complexity. - Integration: Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise platforms (ERP, customer billing, databases, APIs), ensuring seamless data flow across systems. - Bot Maintenance & Monitoring: Oversee production bot performance, handle business user inquiries, conduct root cause analysis on failures, and drive continuous improvement cycles during the on-call workday (8am-5pm CST). - Code Standards & Best Practices: Adhere to RPA development standards and contribute to reusable component libraries. - Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of automation workflows, design decisions, and operational runbooks. - Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and a proactive approach to mastering emerging orchestration and integration platforms, including Jenkins, Control-M, and Abacus AI. Qualifications - 5+ years of overall development experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Automation Anywhere RPA development, including end-to-end design and implementation. - Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A360, including Bot Creator and AARI. - Strong foundation in Python, with experience in REST APIs and web services integration. - Experience using CI/CD pipelines for deployment. - Proficiency in SQL, with experience querying and manipulating data across relational databases. - Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (AARPA) certification. - Experience with AI/ML-augmented automation (document processing, generative AI integration). - Exposure to automation in regulated industries is preferred. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, logical approach to process decomposition. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments. - Collaborative mindset, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
