• Own the global onboarding strategy, operating model, and quality standards. • Define the global onboarding playbook and methodology that regional teams adapt and execute. • Build, lead, and develop onboarding teams across Australia, the USA, Germany, and Poland, including regional leaders. • Own the function's key metrics — go-live speed, onboarding quality, and capacity — and report performance regularly to leadership. • Act as the senior escalation point for the most complex and at-risk enterprise onboardings. • Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness and capacity planning. • Balance global consistency with regional and customer-segment needs. • Own the function's budget and resource planning.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS implementation, onboarding, or Technical Customer Success, including senior leadership experience.
  • Proven success building and scaling an onboarding or implementation function, ideally across multiple regions.
  • Experience leading distributed, multi-time-zone teams while developing managers and senior leaders.
  • A strong operational mindset, with the ability to drive structured execution and continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of platform configuration, data migration, API integrations, and customer workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with executive leaders and enterprise customers.
  • Experience with fitness, wellness, or membership platforms (e.g. Mindbody, ABC Fitness, Daxko, or similar) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of English is essential; German language skills are a strong plus.
