Senior Product Manager, Aviation Hardware

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize hardware and aviation product investments. • Partner closely with engineering to drive end-to-end product development across hardware, embedded software, connectivity, and cloud systems. • Translate customer feedback, market trends, and evolving FAA/FCC regulations into product strategy. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Test Pilots, Operations, Legal, Customer Success, and GTM teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. • Build technical fluency in the platform architecture to make informed product decisions and effectively communicate priorities across stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Proven product management experience in complex, technical environments where hardware, software, and operational systems intersect
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving spaces and convert incomplete information into clear strategy
  • Demonstrated success partnering deeply with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs, execution, and roadmap planning
  • Ability to learn and navigate domain-specific regulatory constraints and use them effectively in shaping product direction
  • Strong customer instinct and market judgment, with the ability to connect user needs to product strategy and execution
  • Comfort working across a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, GTM, and leadership
  • Interest in or experience with aviation, autonomous systems, robotics, drones, or similarly regulated product spaces is preferred but not required.
