Conduent
• Oversee all technology deliverables for multiple automation/AI projects. • Serve as escalation point for project managers for technology tasks and coordination between multiple technology workstreams/teams. • Coordinate tasks during full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. • Ensure technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. • Ensure timely and quality delivery of all application development teams in scope for the project(s). • Participate in application design meetings and analyze user needs to ensure design meets business requirements. Consult with application development teams to ensure adherence with SDLC best practices, including use of Azure Dev Ops and other tools. • Provide escalation assistance for dev teams to meet needs an/or resolve technical issues on delivery of automation/AI solution. • Manage communications on project status, risks & issues to Chief Technical Architect and leadership through weekly reviews and monthly business reviews. • Achieves goals through the work of others through both direct reports as well as collaboration with other dev teams. • Management responsibilities include performance appraisals input, pay reviews, training and development for three or more employees. • Accountable for functional, operational and/or program management. • Provides input and implements business plans, policies, and procedures. • Manages the software development function. • Collaborate with other departments to prioritize software development needs including design, development, and documenting and testing new and existing software. • Evaluates results within work area to determine if organizational objectives are being met. • Analyzes and resolves software development issues working with leaders of other workstreams and needs in terms of the software's full life cycle. • Manages the activities of individual contributors. • Manages the activities of first-level managers, supervisors, and/or individual contributors.
