Role Description Collaborate closely throughout the game creation process with the Animation Team, Producer, and Art Director. Create, integrate, and optimize high-quality animations that meet the game’s technical, production, performance, and quality requirements. Qualifications - At least 2 years of proven experience in animation, specifically 3D character animation. - A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across animation art styles. - Proficient in Maya and Unity. • Own videos end-to-end: take a brief from idea to final export — concept, storyboard, design, animation, edit, sound design, and delivery. • Set creative direction: brainstorm with the marketing team on launches, feature releases, and campaigns; pitch concepts and run with them. • Motion design & kinetic typography: type-driven narratives, animated wordmarks, and title cards that can carry a story on their own. • Product & UI animation: cinematic camera moves over the Ostium trading interface —flyovers, depth-of-field, choreographed interactions that make the product the hero. • 3D animation: looping icon renders, stylized asset animations, and device mockups that elevate launches beyond a screen recording. • Catchy, rhythm-driven edits: cuts synced tightly to music and SFX, with hooks that stop the scroll in the first two seconds. • Mixed-media storytelling: blend archival footage, screen captures, 3D renders, and typography into one cohesive film. • Iterate fast: turn feedback around quickly and ship multiple cuts per week.

• Produce performance video creatives, animated banners, and social video content (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) for paid acquisition • Create product/promo animations and motion assets for landing pages and brands • Use AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Pika, Luma) to generate shots, b-roll, and style-consistent footage • Use AI image tools (Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion) for frames, backgrounds, and assets, applying prompt engineering and style-consistency techniques (LoRA, ControlNet, etc.) • Assemble final deliverables in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalent), including basic sound design • Adapt concepts across durations, aspect ratios, and platforms while maintaining brand consistency • Organize files with proper naming conventions and export in required formats/codec • Collaborate with designers, producers, and the lead, iterating quickly on feedback • Deliver in SLA mode with predictable turnaround, applying basic performance awareness (CTR, CPA, hook rate)

• Turn briefed puzzles into polished, on-theme visual assets - one finished slide per question, plus a corresponding answer slide for each that shows the answer and often how the puzzle is solved. • Generate source imagery with AI tools, then direct, curate and clean up that output — you have the eye to know when it's working and the skill to fix it when it isn't. • Composite, retouch and lay out final artwork in (but not limited to) Photoshop and Illustrator, exporting to AVIF. • Build animated question slides in After Effects, exporting to MP4, for the more complex puzzles. • Adapt convincingly to a different visual style for every theme. It could be anime one week, photoreal Rome the next, pixel-art parody after that. Range matters more than a signature look. • Spot problems in briefs and puzzles before they reach an audience, and either flag them clearly or solve them yourself.
