We are looking for our Founding Head of Product with reporting to Tomas Thire, Co-Founder & CEO, to help define and own how Sciemo tells its story to the world. role As our Founding Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for Sciemo—shaping what we build, who we build it for, and how it creates durable value in the market. You will sit at the intersection of customer needs, AI capabilities, and business strategy, ensuring our products solve the highest-impact problems for consumer brands and position Sciemo as the category-defining AI partner. Working closely with the CEO, engineering, sales, and customer success, you will define product vision and roadmap, guide prioritization, and translate cutting-edge AI technologies—spanning generative AI, agent-based systems, and graph technologies—into cohesive products that customers adopt, trust, and scale with. This is a foundational leadership role with direct influence on company direction, growth, and long-term differentiation. responsibilities Product Vision, Strategy & Fit Own Sciemo’s end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap, grounding long-term category ambition in rigorous prioritization of the highest-value customer problems and revenue opportunities. Establish clear product principles and decision frameworks to guide tradeoffs in an early-stage, fast-moving environment. Embed deep customer insight into product strategy by partnering with sales and customer success to turn adoption patterns, feedback, and outcomes into roadmap decisions. AI Product Leadership Own the productization of Sciemo’s AI capabilities—including GenAI, agent-based systems, graph technologies, and machine learning—translating technical innovation into scalable, reliable products with clear user value and measurable business impact. Lead cross-functional product execution across engineering, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact releases, aligning technical feasibility, differentiation, and real customer needs. Build and evolve scalable product processes (discovery, prioritization, launches, metrics) and serve as a trusted thought partner to executive leadership on product strategy, growth, and investment decisions. Product Operation and Delivery Partner closely with go-to-market and customer success teams to define product positioning, packaging, launches, and adoption strategies—ensuring tight alignment between what we build, how we sell it, and how customers realize value. Drive clarity on “why Sciemo wins” by shaping product narratives, enablement, and proof points that resonate with both technical practitioners and executive decision-makers, grounded in real customer use cases and outcomes. Establish Sciemo as a category-defining AI platform through product-led storytelling, measurable customer impact, and continuous feedback loops from sales and customer success that inform product strategy and roadmap evolution. all about you Proven experience leading or shaping AI-driven or SaaS products, from early-stage definition through real-world adoption. Strong ability to translate complex technical systems (GenAI, ML, agents, graphs) into coherent product strategy and customer value. Experience operating in early-stage or zero-to-one environments, comfortable owning outcomes rather than narrow functions. Strategic, analytical, and customer-obsessed, with the judgment to balance vision with execution.
