UKG Business Intelligence Manager
Ascension
Role Description Design and deliver interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using UKG Pro, Oracle FDI, Tableau, and Google Sheets to help stakeholders easily identify workforce trends and operational patterns. - Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in UKG Pro processes to maximize capacity utilization, optimize labor, and enhance both patient care delivery and operational efficiency. - Query and manipulate data from modern data storage systems using SQL, Python, R, and BigQuery to address complex WFM challenges and requirements. - Establish KPI targets and thresholds using historical data and utilize advanced statistical techniques or machine learning to analyze staffing levels, scheduling patterns, and labor costs. - Drive large-scale WFM analytics projects, identify efficiency reporting opportunities, and develop real-time solutions for agile operational decision-making. - Partner with ADSI and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity while advising on WFM best practices and service delivery models. Qualifications - High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Requirements - Advanced proficiency as a UKG data expert and solutions specialist, with strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud, SQL, Python, R, and BigQuery. - Proven ability to balance multiple cross-functional priorities, manage large-scale WFM analytics projects, and support complex operational requirements. - Experience leveraging data-driven insights and scheduling analytics specifically aimed at optimizing healthcare operations or patient care delivery. Role Description We are seeking a data-driven and operationally astute Senior Supply Chain Analyst to optimize warehouse fulfillment, demand planning, and material flows for our strategic, locked-in hyperscaler accounts. Operating within a premier B2B 3PL environment, this role serves as the critical node linking global inventory strategy with daily warehouse execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing complex, contractual enterprise logistics. You will own the capacity and workload planning for our global operations to meet stringent, high-stakes enterprise SLAs. What You'll Do - Warehouse Operations & Capacity Planning (Production Planning) - Operational Workload Scheduling: Translate hyperscaler demand into weekly and daily warehouse activity plans. - Throughput & Labor Modeling: Forecast floor capacity, floor space, and material handling equipment (MHE) required to prevent bottlenecks and ensure zero-delay dispatch in collaboration with Warehouse and Logistics leadership and procurement. - SLA & Queue Management: Monitor real-time warehouse backlog and processing metrics to ensure 100% compliance with rigid B2B contract timelines and KPIs. - Demand & Material Planning - Program Alignment: Analyze hyperscaler forecast, demand, project timelines, and regional hardware refresh cycles to generate accurate asset-handling demand plans. - Material & Kitting Readiness: Manage the pipeline for auxiliary materials (packaging, custom racking, specialized installation kits) ensuring zero operational delays due to missing components. - Cross-Border Visibility: Coordinate with global operations teams to track global inventory in transit and synchronize receiving schedules at global warehouses. - B2B Inventory Analysis & Asset Control - High-Value Inventory Management: Execute precision inventory analysis using ABC/XYZ categorization, serialization tracking, and aging analysis for massive enterprise assets. - Discrepancy Root-Cause Analysis: Lead cycle count programs, reconcile variances, and minimize inventory leakage within the WMS in collaboration with the Warehouse & Logistics leadership team.
